James Trusler died from wounds on 4th April, 1915, after having been sent to a base hospital in Rouen, but as yet there is no information as to when and where he was wounded. The 2nd Wiltshire battalion was part of 21 Brigade, 7th Division, that had been involved in the Battle of Neuve Chapelle in March, 1915. |
